Finally, the Balenciaga x adidas Collab Is (Nearly) Here
Revealed all the way back in late May, the Balenciaga and adidas’ collaboration is apparently about to finally see release. Well, an actual release, since I’m not counting the pre-order held immediately after the Spring 2023 runway show where the collection actually debuted.
There’s nothing official about the Balenciaga x adidas release date, as per usual, but remember that when the collection went up on Balenciaga’s website with that brief pre-order window, the estimated shipping date was November 22. Sounds like we’re getting pretty close, hmmm?
Thus, seems pretty likely that there’ll be a wider release for the collection around the time that Balenciaga sends out the early-access adidas stuff

To further stoke the flames of anticipation, images of the Balenciaga x adidas clothing showroom were uploaded by @myfacewheno_o, the anonymous Demna superfan with nearly nine million Instagram posts to their name (Highsnobiety has reached out to them for comment).

Still, they’re probably new to most viewers and a good reminder that there’s much to get excited about, especially considering that the pre-order only encompasses a small chunk of the entire Balenciaga x adidas line.

As seen on the runway, Balenciaga and adidas have lots of collaborative goodies in store, from plush leather bags to a Triple S shoe, the hallmark of any good Balenciaga team-up (and one that blew our minds before it actually debuted).

It’s easy to forget about Balenciaga x adidas, though: not because the collection isn’t as strong as anything with the Balenciaga name but because there are just so many luxury partnerships dropping this year.
With Palace x Gucci dropping imminently, the hyped release train ain’t slowing anytime soon.
