As the largest contemporary art gallery in Europe, the Palais De Tokyo hosts the most cutting-edge artists, but it’s worth a visit for the building alone. Yes, L’as du Fallafel lives up to all the hype. The famous Middle Eastern eatery serves up the best falafel sandwich I’ve ever had the pleasure of feasting on. Five years later after my first taste of LDF, I still remember those perfectly crisp chickpea rounds, topped with the works: hummus, cucumber, picked cabbage, and eggplant.
