As unhinged as his fit was, that wasn’t even the most chaotic part. Halfway through the set and right before he swapped out his shades for a fresh pair, Flo Rida munched on his hand-held accessory: a giant tomahawk steak, which he noshed on like it was some kind of cartoonish turkey drumstick.
